Japan: Energy becomes the big question

The Voice of America website quotes energy analyst Ken Medlock, from Houston's Rice University suggesting that when things begin to return to normal, Japan will still be importing oil just possibly in a different form.

It may not import crude but refined petroleum products from its neighbours until its own refining capacity increases again so the net impact will be limited.
