Eurozone crisis: Markets not convinced by bank stress tests

The results of the stress tests published late on Friday last week, found only eight European banks failing while all the UK's banks passed muster.

However banking shares fell across Europe when markets opened this morning as investors and analysts used the EBA's published numbers to do their own stress testing calculations factoring in a sovereign default.
