Middle East uncertainty, commodity inflation, and, unfortunately, natural disasters are all taking their toll though some with a more considered view suggest that it may also be a matter of more attractive company valuations in mature markets as well.
Globally though, the trend is clear, with many billions being withdrawn and in the UK, emerging market funds losing popularity.
